BN Reflections – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set out the agreement between BN Reflections (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and you (“the customer”, “you”, or “your”) regarding vehicle body repair, paintwork, and related services.

By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

BN Reflections provides car body repairs, paintwork, detailing, and related automotive refinishing services.
All work is carried out with care, skill, and in accordance with industry standards.

We reserve the right to refuse any job at our discretion, particularly if it is unsafe, uneconomical, or unsuitable for mobile repair.

2. Estimates and Quotes

• All quotes are free and valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

• Quotes are based on the information and condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection.

• If additional damage is found during the repair process, we will inform you before carrying out any extra work or charging additional costs.

• Prices are inclusive of labour, materials, and VAT (if applicable), unless otherwise stated.

3. Bookings and Deposits

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking, especially for large or custom jobs such as full resprays.

• Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice.

• Appointments may be rescheduled subject to availability.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept payment by cash, bank transfer, or card.

• Vehicles will not be released until full payment has been received.

• Late payments may incur additional charges or interest as permitted by law.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You must:

• Provide accurate information about your vehicle and repair requirements.

• Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before work begins.

• Ensure access to your vehicle is available at the agreed time and location (for mobile services).

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

6. Workmanship Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our work.

• Paintwork and body repairs are covered by a 12-month workmanship guarantee, provided the vehicle has not been subject to further damage, poor aftercare, or additional repairs by third parties.

• Our guarantee does not cover wear and tear, stone chips, rust, or damage caused after the repair is completed.

If you experience an issue with our work, please contact us promptly so we can inspect and resolve it.

7. Liability

• BN Reflections will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of income, vehicle hire costs, or inconvenience caused by delays or repairs.

• We accept no liability for existing rust, corrosion, or underlying damage that may affect repair results.

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment will not incur any charges.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment may result in the loss of your deposit.

• Refunds are only issued at our discretion and where appropriate under consumer law.

9. Collection and Storage

If your vehicle is left at our premises:

• You must collect it within 24 hours of being notified that work is complete, unless otherwise agreed.

• Storage fees may apply after this period.

• Vehicles are stored at your own risk, though reasonable care is taken to protect them.

10. Marketing and Photography

We may take before-and-after photos of your vehicle for promotional purposes.
These images will never include identifiable registration numbers unless you have given explicit permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
